Nesa Anderson has a talent for helping people connect to a property. Discovering how a home fits their family, their lifestyle, their dreams—and helping them see that. What’s her secret? Attitude, knowledge and experience.
Nesa listens carefully to her clients and learns who they are and what’s important to them. Whether marketing a home for sale or helping buyers purchase, her enthusiasm, technology and negotiation skills and attention to detail help her clients achieve their dreams.
As a former San Clemente Planning Commissioner, she looks for solutions, too, often on a larger scale. In fourteen years of service, she’s developed a reputation for helping developers, citizens, and neighbors find options that meet the city’s vision and codes without compromising the core of their dreams.
Understanding what can be done is often key to a buyer’s decision, and Nesa’s perspective on this is invaluable to her clients—both buyers and sellers.
Nesa’s leadership in the community reaches beyond the Planning Commission. She’s served as president of the San Clemente Sunrise Rotary Club, Vice Chair of the Coastal Advisory Committee, and a Deacon in her church and is a handbell player at her church.
She volunteers her time as a tutor and mentor of at-risk kids, she’s traveled to Mexico with the Corazon organization building homes and teaching vital job skills, and she spent a summer working in rural Philippines in a similar capacity.
