Before he entered the real estate business, Terry worked in the banking industry for eight years and as a District and Store Manager at Home Depot for 21 years. To earn his real estate appraiser’s license, Terry successfully completed an advanced curriculum of courses pertaining to home and land valuation, business ethics, comparative market analysis, and real estate finance. Drawing from his education and experience, which includes a certification from the National Valuation Standards Institute, he provides his buyers with detailed assessments of the physical condition, market value and potential for renovation of specific homes.
For sellers, Terry performs exhaustive research about the local real estate market and specific neighborhoods, as well as their individual residences, to help them determine an accurate price for their home.
